Who We Are
Our Church
We are a friendly, multi-ethnic, Bible-believing Christian church. We love meeting new people and welcoming them to worship our God and Creator with us. Come and join us any Sabbath (Saturday) morning.
Our Services
Worship begins with time together in God’s presence. We offer Sabbath school classes and one worship service planned each Saturday (Sabbath) with creative elements and comfortable atmosphere.
Our Sabbath school starts at 9:30 am for all ages. This is everyone’s opportunity to meet around God’s Word in a interactive learning environment. The children and youth classes offer spiritually focused activities for each age level. The adult classes vary in size and study material but all offer good fellowship and Bible-centered discussion. Visit one, get involved, and grow!
Children’s Classes
- Cradle Roll: Birth – 3 years old
- Kindergarten: 4-Kindergarten
- Primary: Grades 1-3
- Juniors: Grades 4-6
- Earliteen: Grades 7-8
- Youth: Highschool
Our worship service starts at 10:45am and finish around noon. We often feature worship experience with Greater Boston Academy students, music groups, and more congregational participation.
We come to worship God and honor Him. Our time together focuses on His word-in Scripture, traditional Hymns and contemporary praise songs, children story, prayer, special music, videos, and preaching. It is time where we are all equal before Him listening to His Spirit speaking to us personally. Our prayer is that you leave with peace and joy in your hearts.
Our History
Stoneham Memorial Seventh-day Adventist church has over one hundred years of history in Stoneham, MA. Beginning in 1903 a church was formed along with the former New England Sanitarium at 5 Woodland Rd. In the 1930’s a branch Sabbath School was formed in Stoneham and later bought property at 29 Maple St. and built a church there. The two churches united once again in 2003 after the closing of the then called Boston Regional Medical Center at the Woodland Rd. location.
Our Mission
We are committed to sharing the truth about God with the world. Believing that everything we do changes the world, we are committed to demonstrating God’s love and truth to each person He brings into our lives. Through His power and guidance we will choose to act with compassion, creativity and cooperation.
Our Motto
To live and share the truth about God and His Kingdom.
